Free Rides for PITX Commuters


Good news to PITX commuters! Free rides await you!

On February 14, 2019, the Department of Transportation (DOTr), in collaboration with the Junior Chamber International Senate Philippines (JCISP) and Megawide Corporate Foundation Inc. (Megawide Foundation) launched the "Serbus Project" which offers free shuttle services from Mondays to Fridays, 6:00 am to 11:00 am and 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, through the following routes:

• Lawton – Baclaran – PITX, and vice-versa; and
• Monumento – EDSA – Baclaran – PITX, and vice-versa.

The Serbus Project is in addition to the free shuttle services provided since last year by the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) and the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA), in coordination with the DOTr,  totaling to three bus units, plying SM Mall of Asia to PITX from Mondays to Fridays, 7:00am to 11:00 am and 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm.

Here's a quick look of these free rides:

Route 1: Monumento to PITX (and vice versa, EDSA route)

Stops: Monumento, Munoz, Paramount, Trinoma, Ortigas, Guadalupe, Ayala, Pasay, PITX

No. of buses available: 3

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m


Route 2: Lawton to PITX (and vice versa)

Stops: Lawton, Baclaran, PITX

No. of buses available: 3

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m


Route 3: SM Mall of Asia to PITX (and vice versa)

Stops: Near MOA Arena, PITX

No. of buses available: 3

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m
